    Honorary leader Stalin I have seen that you have been very stressed lately. You should take things slower and you might not miss options that you can use. You should also start motivating why you do stuff to yourself and your minions then things might make more sense when you make them and you can see flaws in your plan.

    As one of your foreign advisors I advise that you stop raising Levies for now, and once you finish up on Kyushu, disband the entire army, wait some turn to get more money and then recruit a professional full stack of Kihetai and Revolver cavalry, some sharpshooters and of course...cannons.
