    Ok so this is the rules.

    1) No god modding
    2) No nuclear warfare
    3) No space bullshit
    4) No being a giant asshole. ( includes massive nuclear war )
    5) One day IRL= 1 1/2 years

    I would be the admin but I have some matters I need to attend to and cant be on in the morning so I need someone else to volunteer to be admin. Its 2000, USSR collapsed 9 years ago, economy is about to hit the shitter, War on terror is about to begin, and whattever your hearts desire.

    Before we start we will need,

    USA, Russia, China, N. Korea.

    After that be whoever the fuck you want. Just dont be a small tiny country, we need powerful European countries for MUN to work.

    I shall be playing as France.
