I think it would be a great addition to the site and considering it is an atmospheric and unusual game it would make for a very enjoyable experience to watch.
Personally, I don't think much of the atmosphere of the game will show well in a video. On top of that, there are prolonged parts of the game where little happens and you are just taking the game world in, and not having control would significantly hamper this.
