Let’s Play Civilization V: Gods and Kings – Part. 1

The animosity between the Dutch and Belgians originated from their war of independence from the Spanish and the many religious wars in Europe after the Reformation. The northern part of the Netherlands was mainly Protestant and formed into modern day Netherlands and faced off against the southern and predominately Catholic counties (which is now Belgium) and Spain.

YEAH THE DUTCH! BTW: Dido is the founder of Carthage, at least, that's what the Romans wrote. Aeneas, a Trojan that excaped from the Greeks, met her, and fell in love with her, but needed to leave eventually, and his descendants founded Rome (again, The Romans wrote this).

I still love that intro of Civilization with the narrator, 'will you build a civilization that will stand the test of time'. :D

Yea, the dutch did some pretty nice things, like kicking napoleons ass and having/building the most important harbor in Europe.
